 No Returns or Refunds

Once a custom design is printed on a t-shirt, hoodie, or any other accessory, it becomes a unique and personalized item tailored specifically to the customer's specifications. Our Embroidery Hoodies, Cosplay Costumes and Shoes are also Customized which cannot be returned as it is tailored to fit the design of customers. In  such Cases, we regret to inform our customers that custom-printed products are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

We encourage our customers to double-check their design specifications, including size, color, and design elements, before finalizing their order. While we strive for customer satisfaction, the personalized nature of custom design printing makes it impossible for us to accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
